7. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice in accordance with contractual terms. NORVANEL reserves the right to suspend or terminate services immediately in cases of non-payment, breach of obligations, or unlawful conduct.

8. Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international commercial standards and the jurisdiction in which NORVANEL is registered. Any disputes shall be resolved through competent courts within that jurisdiction.
